Follow your nose. It knows the way.

The Hidden Kitchen.

Breakfast all day, made from scratch by the Renslow family — right through the doorway in the east room of our building. Their griddle, our flowers, one very good-smelling block of 2nd Street.

Our neighbors through the doorway

A family kitchen, hiding in a flower shop.

The Hidden Kitchen is Mike and Meghan Renslow's family diner, opened in spring 2026 in the east room of our building. Mike traded a career as a pipelayer for a griddle and a lifelong dream; Meghan keeps it all running; and both of their moms pitch in behind the counter.

The name isn't about being hard to find — H and K are their daughters, Hannah and Kayley. The menu was built around the family too, dish by dish, at their own kitchen table. You'll taste it.

Two businesses, one roof, zero regrets. Come hungry, leave with flowers.

Breakfast all day. As it should be.

What's on the griddle.

Grandpa's Favorite

Two eggs your way, choice of meat, hashbrowns and toast. Named for a real grandpa, portioned like one made it.

Kayley's Monte Cristo

Ham, turkey, Swiss and scrambled eggs on French toast with raspberry Dijon. Yes, on French toast. Trust the process.

Biscuits & Gravy

The small-town standard, done right. The kind of gravy that ends conversations for a few minutes.

Grilled Cheese & Bacon

Plus rotating lunch specials, real black coffee — regular and decaf — and generous portions all around.

Most everything is $10 or under. Portions are not.
